We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with technical expertise in life safety and security systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in biometric access control systems, CCTV, and telecommunications, who can effectively market advanced security solutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities by identifying potential customers and understanding their specific security needs.
  • Provide detailed technical explanations and demonstrations of product features to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure that sales proposals accurately reflect client needs and technical capabilities.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure that products and services meet the client's expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a strong technical understanding of life safety and security systems.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive to reach sales targets with a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission on sales.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
