Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the sales (B2B and Corporate) marketing, and business development functions of the operations. Recruitment, monitoring, and training of subordinates Visiting customers on a regular basis around the country and generally ensuring that customer requirements are processed efficiently and that they are serviced to the highest standards at all times Developing new business, preparing and providing quotations, supply proposals, and other business development-related collateral such as presentations and marketing material Identifying new products, and markets and liaising with potential new suppliers as part of the process of advancing new business development for the Company Working constructively and proactively with the Finance department and management team generally to ensure appropriate pricing policies are executed at all times and to manage credit control and debtor collection processes with all customers as per the Company policies set from time to time by the Finance department. Liaising with the Operations and Warehouse departments to ensure that sufficient stock management processes are in place to enable timely deliveries to customers at all times. Generally, to assist the senior management teams and Board of Directors in all and any reasonable manner to ensure the smooth and proper operations of the Company including its current and future activities. Candidate Profile/Skills
12-18 years of corporate/B2B Sales experience in Plastic products/any other products. Mature outlook, ability to cope under pressure; excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proven ability in excellent team management, customer management, and effective new business development. Strong, self-confident personal character; must have a proven ability to work constructively in a team environment.
