Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, expanding our client base and revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and referral business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and product offerings.
- Provide expert market analysis, trend insights, and investment recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate investment sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian real estate market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and industry-specific software.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are highly valued.
Additional Skills:
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, CBN).
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba).
