Drausnet Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our product and services. The Sales Manager will play a key role in executing strategies to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and team management. As the Sales Manager in a telecoms and renewable energy company. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. You will also identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales across various verticals and identifying new markets and business opportunities to increase sales and achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team to ensure they meet targets while also providing support to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Responsible for sales calls and physical site inspection to clients’ locations, acquiring and developing new business accounts, and preparing sales proposals for clients.
  • Preparing and Submitting weekly and monthly sales reports to the General Manager.
  • Providing the highest quality of service to customers at all times through monitoring and analyzing customer usage and downtime.
  • Participating in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or closing on business.
  • Developing strong relationships with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Developing relationships with the various industry groups to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience with at least a year in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 500,000
