Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends
- Recruiting new salesperson for the team
- Building and leading the sales team
- Bring new active customers and research customer needs
- Building client relationship
- Setting sales tactics to meet revenue
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly activities of the team
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have worked in the global logistics company before.
- Worked as sales team leader before.
Location: Candidate should have worked at Island or Ikeja market.
