Job Summary
We’re looking for ambitious, empathetic, and entrepreneurial Sales Representatives who can drive growth across our key cities. This role is a mix of B2B (onboarding schools) and B2C (enrolling students and parents). You won’t just be selling a product, you’ll be selling a life-changing opportunity.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach schools to form strategic partnerships with the company
- Engage directly with parents and students to explain our programs and value proposition.
- Follow up with leads from form submissions, campaigns, and events.
- Convert leads into paying customers through personalized consultations.
- Attend and represent the company at school visits, parent forums, education fairs, and webinars.
- Work closely with education counsellors and expansion lead to align on regional goals.
- Track, report, and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Represent the brand with integrity and empathy in all interactions.
- Open to inter-State travels
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication & persuasion skills.
- Empathy & ability to connect with parents, schools, and students.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, proactive, and impact-driven.
- Comfortable working with targets and flexible to work in-person and remotely.
- Fluency in English language
- Prior experience in education or working with schools is a strong advantage.
