Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits they offer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Female Candidate is most prefered
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience and experience working in a system integrator
