Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits they offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Female Candidate is most prefered
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience and experience working in a system integrator
