Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Research and collate lists of potential business opportunities, design the most appropriate approach to explore such opportunities.
  • Follow up on old clients while sourcing new clients, retaining excellent communication channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and unsoiled partnerships with clients.
  • Keeping the communication line open and healthy for returning customers.
  • Present, promote and establish the company's services to prospective clients and maintain a good customer relationship.
  • Initiate, Negotiate and close Sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Community Management Teams to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor trends and create new strategies for promotion of services.
  • Engage with other team members to create publicity for company promotion
  • Providing sales data, insights, updates and market information to management
  • Create and Execute publicity strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role
  • Strong persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and the market, Attention to details and excellent Communication.
  • Dynamic mind and ability to monitor trends and implement them for productivity and profitability of the company.
  • Confidentiality and Growth Mindset are necessary requirements.
  • French and English language proficiency is an advantage
