Job Description/Requirements
• Deploy aggressive and persuasive selling techniques to win prospective customers and sell RFL products.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis regularly on existing and potential customers.
• Maintain strong and profitable business relationships with customers and distributors to guarantee continuous patronage and sustainable income generation.
• Identify, develop and maintain distributors in coverage area.
• Maintain full knowledge and understanding of the company’s products and their unique advantages over competing brands.
• Provide regular market feedback to Sales Manager on assigned coverage area.
• Maintain close contact and engagement with existing customers, via physical visitation, telephone calls, social media, emails, etc., for relevant information and feedback on areas of improvement.
• Carry out regular market intelligence gathering and environmental scanning to discover emerging business opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• First degree or its equivalent in Sales and Marketing or other relevant discipline
• Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP, etc. is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in FMCG industry is required.
