Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering the best solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company to effectively present them to prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the sales and product teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
