Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients with in-depth knowledge of Rare Magic Studio’s photography packages, services, and products.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their photography requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
- Follow up with leads and past clients to promote new offers and drive repeat business.
- Provide professional and friendly service to all clients, ensuring their experience with Rare Magic Studio is seamless and enjoyable.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions promptly and accurately.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service.
- Assist clients in booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and managing payments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support studio operations, including helping to set up or organize spaces for client shoots when needed.
- Actively promote Rare Magic Studio’s services and events across various channels to attract new clients.
- Uphold the brand’s image by delivering a professional and engaging experience for every client.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively upsell services and products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and manage client relationships.
- Ability to handle challenges and find effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively with the photography team to provide seamless client experiences.
- Interest in or experience with photography or the creative industry is an advantage.
