The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM solutions. This role involves customizing the Salesforce platform to support various business functions and ensuring the system integrates seamlessly with other software applications.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is running efficiently by troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues.
- Implement best practices for data management, security, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Develop workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the solution before deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
