Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Manage office supplies and handle routine clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Candidate should reside around Ikoyi or its environs
- Proactive individual with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Net
