Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Operations Supervision, Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence, answering phones, and handling mail.
- Scheduling: Organize and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations; maintain accurate filing systems.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Data Entry: Uploading stock and finished goods records. Enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Experience: 0-1 year experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Location: Ilorin West
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
