Job Summary
The position holder will be responsible for managing the firm's financial health, overseeing accounting operations, cost management, internal audit supervision. You will provide leadership to the Finance team, and partner with business units.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and set prices for Finished Manufactured goods
- Manage the firm's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare the age analysis report with emphasis on Receivable accounts, Payable accounts, moving and non-moving stocks
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Stock movement, valuation, and reconciliation of Finished goods and raw materials on the software and physical monthly.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, driving a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business units to optimize operational costs and ensure alignment of the financial strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry.
- HND/Degree in Accounting
