Precious Peoples' Assembly for All Nations (PPAfan) is seeking an exceptional and proactive Church Administrator to lead the operational and administrative efforts of our dynamic, multicultural faith community. This role demands a highly capable individual with a passion for ministry, the ability to take initiative, and a talent for managing diverse groups. The Church Administrator will ensure seamless operations while advancing the church’s mission to serve all nations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee daily office operations with excellence, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records (e.g., membership, baptisms, events).
- Proactive Management: Identify needs, take initiative, and implement solutions to enhance church operations and support ministry goals.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, process donations, and collaborate with the finance team for precise reporting.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute church events, services, and meetings, managing logistics, volunteers, and communication with a hands-on approach.
- Communication: Act as a key liaison for staff, members, and visitors; update the church calendar, website (ppafan.org), and social media as needed in conjunction with other team members.
- Facility Management: Ensure the church facility is well-maintained, safe, and available for use, coordinating schedules and addressing issues promptly.
- Diversity and Teamwork: Manage and collaborate with a diverse group of staff, volunteers, and congregants, fostering unity and inclusivity across cultures and backgrounds.
- Support Leadership: Provide the Senior Pastor and leadership team with actionable insights, reports, and assistance to drive PPAfan’s vision forward.
- Compliance: Uphold church policies, safety standards, and local regulations with diligence.
Requirements:
- Faith Alignment: A devoted Christian with a deep commitment to PPAfan’s mission.
- Experience: 3+ years in administrative or office management roles, ideally in a church or nonprofit setting, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take initiative and act decisively without constant oversight.
