Senior Generalist Research Consultant

Responsibilities:

Research Planning & Implementation:

• Develop research plans and methodologies tailored to each project's objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of research activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation processes, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Proposal & Report Writing:

• Prepare compelling research proposals and detailed reports, articulating findings, conclusions, and recommendations effectively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, priorities, and strategic goals.
• Communicate research findings, insights, and project updates to clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for additional research projects or collaboration based on client feedback and requirements.

Research Methodology & Instrument Design:

• Provide expert guidance on research methodology selection, instrument design, and data collection techniques.
• Ensure the integrity, validity, and reliability of research instruments and data collection procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and refine research methodologies to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.

Management:

• Lead and manage research projects from initiation to completion, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives within established timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Quantitative & Qualitative Data Analysis:

• Conduct rigorous data analysis using statistical software and analytical tools, generating meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Interpret and contextualize research findings.
• Present data analysis results in visually engaging formats, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Science, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a senior research  Consultant Experience , with a focus on planning, managing, and delivering complex research projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in research methodology development, instrument design, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of client relationship management, business development, and revenue generation.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
