Senior Head, HR and Admin

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Create and manage HR policies related to recruitment, performance management, training, and employee welfare.
• Lead talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure active employee engagement.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and create action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Design and implement leadership development programs and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and best HR practices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Senior HR role
• Proven success in developing and executing people-centered HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• CIPM certification or equivalent; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Location: Benin City, Edo State 

Remuneration: NGN 1.5 Million Net
