Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and execute training and development programs to build talent pipelines.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and legal compliance.
- Lead compensation and benefits planning tailored to the local market.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to support organizational goals.
- Manage HR reporting and metrics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience in FMCG, tech, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
