Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media marketing, online advertising) to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and prospecting.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing Saint Flairs Awards' products and services.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the awards or recognition industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• A passion for the recognition industry and a desire to help clients celebrate achievements.
