Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Master’s degree preferred).
- Significant experience leading marketing teams in international markets.
- Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team onboarding.
- Advantageous: Experience in fintech, startups, or cross-cultural marketing environments.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- High level of adaptability and cultural sensitivity for working across diverse markets.
