Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts with a focus on reputation management and social media marketing in international markets.   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Reputation and Social Media Management:

  • Establish and maintain a positive brand image across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring a consistent and professional tone.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the impact of marketing activities.


Global Market Expertise:

  • Leverage insights into international markets to guide marketing strategy and execution.
  • Adapt marketing approaches to meet the diverse needs of global audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s reach in key markets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Significant experience leading marketing teams in international markets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team onboarding.
  • Advantageous: Experience in fintech, startups, or cross-cultural marketing environments.


Skills:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • High level of adaptability and cultural sensitivity for working across diverse markets.
