Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Implement corrective actions as needed, and communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems, or a related field.
- 8 years of proven experience in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Familiarity with financial management and forecasting principles.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
