Senior Salesforce Software Systems Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud to unify CRM and customer support functionalities.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with Salesforce to enable cohesive communication and collaboration.
• Implement and manage advanced analytics tools such as Salesforce Analytics Cloud or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Deploy Salesforce Flow or Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline processes.
• Lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft 365, and other integrated systems.
• Design and implement advanced data security and compliance measures using Salesforce Shield and Microsoft 365 Compliance tools.
• Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive training and documentation for end-users on the integrated systems and tools. 
• Establish and manage support protocols for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Regularly update and optimize system configurations to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft 365, and advanced analytics tools
• Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Shield.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Salesforce Analytics Cloud. 
• Proven track record in implementing data security and compliance solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable. -
