Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash and site expenses. 
  • Maintain accurate financial records of purchases, payments, and transactions. 
  • Process payroll for site workers and ensure timely disbursement of wages. 
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly expense reports to the head office. 
  • Verify and track supplier and subcontractor payments. 
  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records. 
  • Assist with procurement and material cost tracking. 
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure budget control. 


Requirements: 

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (construction industry experience is an advantage). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping principles. 
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle cash responsibly. 
  • Good communication and organizational skills. 
  • Must be willing to work on-site and adapt to project needs.
