Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content and social media plans.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and creative content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Plan and execute a content calendar that includes regular posts, stories, and live sessions.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages promptly to foster community growth and loyalty. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify content and reach.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to keep the brand's social presence relevant and engaging.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase in followers and engagement rates across social media platforms.
- Growth in website traffic and conversions from social media channels.
- Improvement in brand mentions, shares, and reach.
- Success of social media ad campaigns measured by ROI.
- Community growth and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of content and social media campaigns with proven results.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication skills and creative writing ability.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Compensation:
- This is a contract position with payment tied to performance and results.
- Compensation will be based on achieving specific KPIs outlined in the contract, such as engagement growth, follower increase, lead generation, and content performance.
