Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who will work to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and visual content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. You will Practically work hand in hand with our Ceo in ensure visibility on his business interest as well as collaborate with Graphics designer to ensure a smooth operations across all our fronts media-wise.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with our Ceo in Handling Business Interests
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create and publish original content that engages our target audience.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Create Up-to-date and relatable contents to help draw attention to Company's Identity


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager with obvious success in the role of social and media engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other social media analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is a plus.
