We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to enhance our client’s online presence and engage with our target audience. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, and carousel posts, tailored to each platform.
  • Repurpose content such as blog posts, news articles, and video scripts for social media.
  • Write compelling captions that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify our reach.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on trends in social media, immigration policies, and audience preferences to inform strategy.
  • Address sensitive issues with professionalism and ensure alignment with company values and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva).
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing is a plus.
