As a Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media content, graphics, and visual assets that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of design expertise, social media management skills, and a passion for storytelling through compelling visuals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, promote products/services, and drive engagement across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Conceptualize and design captivating visual content, including but not limited to graphics, infographics, illustrations, GIFs, and videos that communicate our brand's message and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns that incorporate social media content and visual design elements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance our social media presence.
  • Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and cultivate a positive and interactive social media environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful visuals.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in creating visually stunning content for digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage various channels to maximize impact and reach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects within deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering visually compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
