Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Research current social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Plan and create a social media content calendar to maintain consistency and relevance.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Design, write, and edit engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create multimedia content, including images, videos, blogs, and infographics.
- Curate and share third-party content that resonates with the brand’s target audience.
Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers and users on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with online communities and influencers to increase brand credibility and reach.
Content Scheduling & Publishing:
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor the performance of scheduled posts and make necessary adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, clicks, shares) to evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed.
- Use analytics to optimize content and ensure it resonates with target audiences.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, mission, and values.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate campaign goals across all channels.
Trendspotting & Innovation:
- Stay current with social media platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance brand presence.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative strategies to engage followers and stand out in a competitive digital space.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to align on overall messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with influencers or partners for collaborations to enhance social media outreach.
Ad Management:
- Create and manage paid social media ads and campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Generate Reports for Stakeholders:
- Compile regular reports on social media performance; present findings to stakeholders along with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio to showcase social media and content creation creativity
- At least 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
