Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy
  • Managing and overseeing social media content
  • Measuring the success of every social media campaign
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Using social media marketing tools
  • Working with designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitoring user engagement and suggesting content optimization
  • Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media
  • Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Experience with developing video content for engagement
  • Familiarity with Email marketing and optimization
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • B2B experience is an advantage!
