Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Mimmi Kasu’s marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage these demographics effectively.
Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for Mimmi Kasu’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Develop engaging written, graphic, and video content that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design and photography teams to produce visually appealing posts.
Community Management:
- Engage with Mimmi Kasu’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Influencer and Partnership Management:
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand Mimmi Kasu’s reach.
- Develop and manage partnerships with other brands and organizations for collaborative content and promotions.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Ensure all social media content is optimized for SEO to increase organic reach.
- Use relevant keywords and hashtags to enhance discoverability.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with Mimmi Kasu’s brand values and image.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Degree in a related field
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 Net
Work Mode: 100% onsite
