Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and growa team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Manage the software development lifecycle for B2B and B2C products, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely releases.
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define, scope, and prioritize features aligned with company goals.
- Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, security, and performance optimization.
- Drive technical decisions and architectural discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in our products.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts, helping to build a diverse and talented engineering team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring Kenkeputa remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on B2B and/or B2C product development.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a technology company or startup environment.
- Strong experience with modern development frameworks and languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects from concept to production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and adapting engineering processes to improve team efficiency.
