Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential C&I clients, assess market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential C&I clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online marketing, industry events, and referrals.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Technical Sales: Conduct site assessments, design preliminary system layouts, and develop technical proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.  
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals that address client needs and offer competitive solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, installation, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular business development reports and updates to management.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
