Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction projects comply with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop effective design solutions.
• Perform structural calculations and simulations to evaluate the stability and strength of structures.
• Identify and address any potential design or construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Must be COREN certified.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Remuneration: NGN 7 - 10 Million per Annum
