Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, excellence and result oriented Supermarket Manager to manage our newly expanded and modernized superstore in Surulere, Lagos
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the workers on the sales floor
- Formulate merchandising strategies to ensure the maximization of profit
- Interface with the customers to ensure that customers' complaints and feedback are professionally handled and resolved.
- Liaise with the suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Run the day-to-day affairs of the store to ensure the sales goals and targets set by the management are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND academic qualification
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An ideal candidate should be someone with a senior-level experience in the supermarket business with a passion for the retail industry.
- High sense of integrity with no questionable character or habits.
