Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our lottery games company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our entire IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, and end-user devices.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ensure high availability and performance of lottery game systems and associated databases.
- Oversee and manage the company's internet connectivity, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect sensitive lottery data and IT infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain employee laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades on all company devices and systems.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with software developers to optimize lottery game performance and integration.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all systems and devices.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in training on IT systems and device usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server management, networking, and IT security.
- Proficiency in managing routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Experience with database management and server optimization.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Knowledge of system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage user accounts and access controls effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support and training to staff.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
