The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising and planning travel trips for clients in accordance with their needs, wants, and capabilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through accommodation, and securing rental transportation etc.
- Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Curate travel experiences that would stand out and make it sellable.
- Identify customer tastes to infuse these in the package being created.
- Coordinates transportation, Accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities for clients.
- Advise clients regarding Destinations, Cultures, Climates, and Activities on their packages.
- Be able to provide service information and questions with accuracy and efficiency on destinations
- Maintain relationships with key persons.
- Reach the revenue and profit targets
- Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues, or authorities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Have vast knowledge of holiday destinations
- Ability to train staff to enhance their understanding of the travel industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years prior work experience as a Tour Consultant/Ticketing & Reservation Officer.
- Proficiency in English and any other languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in the use of Amadeus and Galileo GDS.
- Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tactics.
- Analytical skills.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Result-oriented with regard to quality and productivity goals.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.)
- Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.
