Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company.
- Support the procurement team in market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hausa.
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Capacity and keen interest to grow in the assigned division.
- Outgoing personality with strong persuasive skills to engage potential suppliers.
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.
