Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences. Analyze data to create detailed user personas and journey maps.
- Design and Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in the design language and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement designs. Provide feedback and guidance to developers to ensure accurate design execution.
- User-Centered Improvements: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. Identify and resolve UX pain points to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design,
- Works well with team-coordinated environments.
- Able to reach deadlines and maintain a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
