UI/UX & Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:

Design Intuitive User Interfaces:

• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma, ensuring designs are aligned with project goals and enhance user experiences.
• Ensure usability and responsiveness across all devices and platforms.

Generate Production-Ready Designs:

• Leverage tools like Anima to export designs into production-ready components for the frontend team.
• Maintain high accuracy and ensure the implemented designs closely match the original intent.

Develop Branding and Graphic Assets:

• Produce high-quality branding materials and graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure consistency in visual style across various projects, including agriculture platforms, tipping applications, and mobile service apps.

Collaborate with Frontend Developers:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Foster clear communication and iterative feedback to align design with functionality.

Ensure Visual Consistency Across Projects:

• Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all products, ensuring that branding guidelines and user experience standards are met for multiple simultaneous projects.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Incorporate innovative ideas into the design process to improve user satisfaction and product quality.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Anima for exporting and preparing production-ready designs.

Responsive Design and Branding:

• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure usability across devices.
• Demonstrated experience in branding and motion graphics.

Familiarity with Design Guidelines:

• Understanding of industry-standard guidelines like Google Material Design and Microsoft Fluent UI to ensure modern and cohesive design practices.

Other Skills:

• Experience integrating designs with web and mobile applications is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and the ability to present interactive mockups is a plus.
