Job Summary
The Wealth Manager will play a pivotal role in contributing to the strategic sales initiatives of the Company, with a focus on all investment products, particularly structured products. Reporting directly to the Head of Wealth, the incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with UHNIs in the Southwest, Southeast, and Northern regions respectively. The role involves generating new business ideas, devising client attraction strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the regions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for investment products targeted at UHNIs.
- Lead the process of sending proposals to prospective clients and actively follow up to schedule meetings/presentations.
- Collaborate with the investment team to execute strategies aligned with the unique objectives of UHNI and HNI clients.
- Identify and acquire new UHNI and HNI clients through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Develop and execute a business development plan to grow the UHNI and HNI client base.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct high-level meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating and selling the company's investment products to meet regional targets.
- Establish and expand a network of referrals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Company policies and guidelines.
- Provide leadership in driving sales initiatives within the regions.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes based on market feedback.
- Ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Economics, Business, or a related field; possession of a master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Sales will be an additional advantage.
- Have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in successfully selling investment products, especially in Asset Under Management (AUM). With focus on wealth management, private banking, or asset management, with a focus on UHNI and HNI clients.
- Possess knowledge of the business terrain and region.
