Business Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical, and commercial teams to create comprehensive proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Lead and support negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and report on project development activities and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s capabilities and establish a strong presence in the market.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is required; a master's degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of oil and gas operations, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
