Our client, a firm providing consumer insights and market intelligence to her clients, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges to position our services effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and deliver value.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase our capacities and win new business.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
  • Manage social media and brand visibility projects for the company.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a research or strategic marketing firm.
  • Understanding of research methodologies, marketing concepts, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


Required Skills

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Analytical skills 
  • Innovative Thinking.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
