Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Business Development Lead, who will take on full sales cycle responsibility, from identifying and engaging potential developers, agents, and partners to closing deals and managing relationships. Your role will focus on expanding our network, securing premium property listings, and driving overall business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and engage potential developers, agents, and partners through proactive outreach and industry networking.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from conducting meetings and building rapport with senior stakeholders to negotiating and closing deals for listings and partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key players in the real estate industry, ensuring ongoing collaboration and growth.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, helping to adjust and optimise our business strategies.
  • Industry Representation: Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company, network with potential partners, and stay ahead of market developments.

  • Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales or client-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders in real estate.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with agents, developers, and key industry players.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Ability to gather and analyse market insights to inform business strategy.
  • A team player, able to collaborate across departments and support the broader company vision.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000–250,000 plus commission.
