Job Summary

Our client, Mac Center is a pioneer Apple-certified technicians in Nigeria. With over 15 years of experience in dealing with Sales and repairs of Apple Products. They are seeking a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update the CRM system.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze data to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend strategies to enhance market presence.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate on special projects.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.


Hybrid Work Flexibility:

  • Adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing remote work with on-site client meetings and team collaboration.
  • Utilize digital communication tools to maintain productivity and collaboration in a remote setting.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as required.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
