Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability for each of the three hair brands.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to expand brand presence and product offerings.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the positioning, messaging, and overall brand identity for each of the hair brands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all platforms and channels.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, product launches, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and forecasting for the brands.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including marketing, sales, and operations staff
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of product quality and customer service.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, and implement improvements based on insights.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, including sales, profitability, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, with a focus on the hair and beauty industry. Experience managing multiple brands or product lines is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the hair and beauty industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
