Job Summary
We are looking for an International experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidates should be passionate about cooking, The candidates must be highly creative, innovative, understand fine dining and lifestyle. Plan menu, conceptualize and curate dining experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and exciting menus that meet the needs of our customers, bearing in mind our clients are of diverse nationalities
- Plan and execute food preparation and cooking activities
- Oversee and manage the kitchen team
- Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards
- Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
- Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that all operations run smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Continuously explore new culinary trends and ideas to enhance the restaurant's offerings
- Source for indigenous ingredients and use them to create amazing dishes that appeal to a global audience.
Requirements:
- 6 years experience
- Degree in a related field
