Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that guests receive clean china, silverware, and glassware.
- To provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders, and servers with support and assistance.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Food procurement and provisioning
- Cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and buffet area
- Restocking refrigerators
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum age of 18 years is required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.
- Dedicated commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 10-15 pounds, frequently lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, chemical instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain attention to time constraints while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including all company health and safety standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees and problem-solve.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
