Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean kitchen equipment, accessories, & workstations thoroughly before beginning daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workstation & surrounding areas
- Count & double-check leftover stock at the end of the day
- Clean kitchen equipment & workstations, adhering to the closing cleaning procedure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND
- Previous work experience as a kitchen assistant, cook, caterer, assistant cook, food runner, or in a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry, is required.
- Good communication and cooking skills
- Must be teachable
- Customer service-oriented.
